Product Update: GI Migration - Required Actions

.

Following on from our previous communication regarding the Game Intelligence 2.0 project, we are sharing additional details outlining the actions that will be required to ensure uninterrupted access to your data.

Reminder of the planned update:

- Game Intelligence will transition from using 3rd party event data to SkillCorner automated events.

- Dynamic Events formats remain unchanged, with the addition of ball-carrier pressure context.

- Aggregated metrics are evolving, with expanded on-ball, off-ball, and out-of-possession metrics.

- February 2026 will serve as a supported transition period with dual access. From 1st March 2026, only the new version will be available, with historical data progressively reprocessed for consistency.

- Physical and X,Y Tracking products remain unchanged.

Required actions:

Ahead of the full switchover on 1 March 2026, the following applies based on the platforms you access describing the required changes needed to keep your workflows operational:

- API and Web Query Tool (WQT) users: Please refer to Knowledge Base to access the latest version of the Migration guide, view live updates and find all information related to the migration to Game Intelligence 2.0, including the ongoing changelog.

- Web App Lab (WAL) users: No specific action is required for WAL users.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and predictable as possible, while delivering more robust and consistent Game Intelligence data. Your Customer Solutions Manager is available to support you if you have questions or would like to review your specific setup.
